Meeting called to order by President Roxanne Leclerc at 7:00 p.m.
Marsha indicated that matches will begin March 30th. There will be none during spring break. Last match will be April 24th. There will actually be about 3 weeks of games.
The schools are set up in Regions (PODS) and will play those within their region:
OFA, Gouverneur, Clifton Fine and EK
Massena, Canton, Potsdam and Madrid
Tupper Lake, Salmon River and Brushton
There may be some matches on Saturdays.
Officials need to go into Arbiter and put block out days ASAP. There will very possibly be some matches that will be short officials and you will have to work a match alone. There are only 12 officials working during this time frame.
Schools may or may not allow spectators.
It is not the job of the official to manage anything related to Social Distancing or Masks.
Masks are required by officials at all times.
Vouchers are available on the Section X website. You can print them off pre game and bring them to your match.
There will be no riding together at this time. Marsha will be trying to assign games close to your homes. Both officials will get full mileage.

You are to bring your own drinks and your own hand sanitizer if you want it.
If a 5th set is required….the R2 will flip the coin with one team rep from each team. You will meet center court and only option is to serve or receive.
No changing of sides for any sets.
No prematch handshakes or fist bumps after the team rep talk. Only one team rep at preliminary talk.
Discuss in team rep talk that the officials are not to handle the ball other then to send it in to start a set.
There will be 4 balls available.
Only the home team will sit at the score table. Visiting team will not sit there.
There should be a scorer, tracker and clock attendee only at the table.
Please go to the games dressed. There will be no changing rooms available.
Subs are allowed to stand in front of their bench.
There should not be any team celebrations after points are made.
Illegal Uniforms: If the school does not have a waiver, you are to issues an
Administrative Red Card at the beginning of the set.
Team Warm up time is the same: 4, 4, 5, 5.
Modified and Varsity teams will not be traveling on the same bus.
Some discussion held on health screening forms for officials. Some schools may send them and some may not. Might be a good idea to have

One official call school AD prior to match to fine out their policy. AD list is on Section X website.
There will be no scrimmages. There will be no playoffs or any awards this year.
Roxanne will be attending the Spring State meeting via Zoom on May 1st.
It was discussed to stay with Arbiter this season and the fall one. Fee is $125 paid to Andy Devins. It is $50 for this season and $75 for the fall season.
